Marcus joined Quadrant Private Equity in March 2006. Marcus has over 20 years private equity experience starting in the UK with NatWest Ventures (now Bridgepoint). He joined AMP in 1994 as Joint Head of Private Equity where he completed several major buyouts including Tasman Building Products. Marcus is a member of the Quadrant Investment Committee and is a Director of Quadrant investees A-Mart/Barbeques Galore, Experience Australia, Fitzpatricks Wealth, QSCAN and Home Care Holdings.
Michael is an Investment Director at Quadrant Private Equity, a leading long-term investment fund that has successfully supported the growth of over 50 Australian businesses over the past two decades. Michael joined the Junior Adventures Group Board in April 2019, and is also a Director of MotorOne.
Brad is a Partner at Advent Private Capital having previously held senior positions at The Riverside company, ANZ banking group and Ernst & Young. He has over 10 years principal investing experience across the Asia Pacific region with sector expertise in software, healthcare, education training, specialised manufacturing and services. Brad is currently a director of SILK laser, Wellness and Lifestyles and Trivantage.
Sinead has over 20 years’ experience in leading large transformational programs, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Sinead has held several General Manager and CEO roles and has led significant global transformation programs with Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
Sinead has in-depth experience in the Retail, Energy and Private Equity sectors.
Craig has 30 years’ experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Senior Executive, and Company Director and has gained significant national and international experience and skills across strategy, M&A, operational management, governance, and in establishing robust policies and processes capable of sustaining substantial business growth. He has a deep understanding of financial management, and the capital and debt markets.
Chris has 13 years’ experience in professional services, mining and child care, 6 of those years with PwC working with large private companies and in-bound MNCs.
Chris has extensive experience in M&A, debt and equity and secretarial functions in buying, selling and merger OSHC transactions.
Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in processed based consulting and transformational change within small and large scale organisations, and brings strong process, systems and operational governance. She has lead small and large teams to deliver operating model, process and systems based changes in local and international operational teams. Michelle has had 18 months consulting within the Outside School Hours Care sector, and 12 months operational leadership of 450 services within Junior Adventures Group.
Damien has 30 years’ experience in channel strategy, sales and service operations, and consulting (service design) across Financial services, Energy, and Healthcare sectors. He has a proven ability to drive organisational and cultural change and deliver significant improvements in key financial, customer and staff performance measures.
Sam has 20 years’ experience in General Management, Marketing, Sales and Consulting (Organisational Development) across government and private sectors, largely within the healthcare sector.
She has significant experience leading large teams through transformational change as well as engaging multifunctional teams to deliver results.
Melanie has over 15 years’ experience in professional services, technology and entertainment sectors, predominantly in ASX 100 companies.
She has extensive experience leading finance teams through change including IPO, acquisitions and system implementations within high growth environments.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in both project and technology roles in a number of sectors in the UK, Asia and Australia as a consultant and in Executive roles. As well as working in substantial ASX 200 companies, Richard has also founded a number of disruptive start-ups in the IT and product sectors. His role for Junior Adventures Group involves the direct management of IT and Projects in Australia and oversight of IT and integration activities across Junior Adventures Group international.
Louise has over 20 years’ experience as both a Human Resources and Workplace Relations Leader. Louise has been working across major players in FMCG, manufacturing, financial services, not-for-profit, and professional services. Louise brings a wide breadth of experience across a number of key organisations, and a passion for ongoing development and business transformation. This experience is complemented by studies in Human Resources, Psychology, and a Masters of Workplace and Employment Law
